Hello, Friends! I know that some of you may be wondering why I did not add the spelling lesson to this week's episode of Spelling Champion. That is because this week's lesson is going to be super special. All spelling enthusiasts and all those who want to be spelling champions, hold on because here comes a lesson that is going to help you become spelling champions.
Have you sat down to think that you can become a spelling champion? If not, do this right.
Have you also sat down to think that you will be a spelling champion? Then, do this, too!
As you are thinking of these, take your spelling bee study resources and start studying them. You can start with the Spell It! booklet. Then, move on to The Consolidated Word List or any other word list. After, you can move on to the Merriam Webster Dictionary of Prefixes, Suffixes and Combining Forms and study them. Study for about two or three hours. You will see that you will be able to absorb what you study making it easier for you to become a spelling champion. Then, arrange tables and chairs just like the tables and chairs for your spelling bee are arranged.
After, call a few people to come and act as spelling bee officials. Then, you will be the speller.
Let them quiz you on the words and resources you have learnt. After two or three hours of the spelling bee, you will see that you have absorbed all that you have studied.
Okay, Folks! That is all. I hope you have learnt a lot from this spelling lesson. Practise all that it says. Thank You and BYE BYE.

Another Interesting Episode of Spelling Champion
Hello, Friends! Welcome to another interesting episode of Spelling Champion. This week's episode is going to be very interesting and fun. First of all, our spelling bee tip of the week is:
-When spelling a word in a spelling bee, pronounce the word the same way the pronouncer pronounces word.
Our spelling study tip of the week is:
-Study words from the Spell It! booklet before you move on to the Consolidated Word List or any other word list because the Spell It! is believed to be the starting point of studying for your spelling bee.
Our spelling tip of the week is:
-Words from Greek origin normally tend to have "y" as the spelling of the sound of "short i".
Our words of the week are:
-pterosaur
-fjord
-cnidarian
Our spelling activity of the week is:
-Act the word you are spelling in a spelling bee. If you ask for the definition of the word, act it.
Example: sleep-act like you are sleeping.
And finally, our websites of the week are:
I hope you enjoyed this week's lesson and I also hope you learnt a lot from this week's lesson. Have a nice week and see you next week for another exciting and interesting lesson. Until next week, it's BYE BYE.

Spelling Champion Episode 1
Hello, Friends! Welcome to the first episode of Spelling Champion. We are going to learn many wonderful things in this lesson. Our words for the day are:
a. staphylococci
b. pterodactyl
c. pulchritude
All these words are from the movie "Akeelah and the Bee". Our spelling lesson for the day is:
Spelling A Word You Do Not Know In A Spelling Bee. You see most at times in a spelling bee, some spellers do not know the words they are given to spell. For example, you are asked to spell the word "intoxicate" in a spelling bee and you have asked all the questions including the language of origin and you can't seem to find any spelling pattern in that language of origin, spell it like it sounds but if you have recognised the spelling pattern the word is coming from, spell it like the spelling pattern. Okay, now, our spelling activity for the day is Breaking Words Into Syllables. If you are spelling a word in a spelling bee and you break your word into syllables, you will have a chance of getting your word right. For example, the word "intoxicate" has been given to you to spell, break it inot syllables like this: in/tox/ic/ate. Therefore, you will know that the word has 4 syllables. Then, give a spelling to each of the sounds you hear. When you give the sounds to them, try and change the spelling of the syllables till you think the spellings are suitable. Then, add all the spellings together and your word will be ready. So, that is our spelling activity for the day. Our spelling study tip of the day is when studying for a spelling bee, don't waste your time memorizing the words but rather spend more time studying word roots and elements because if you study these, you can become a spelling champion and also, study prefixes, suffixes and combining forms. At the end of this episode, I will introduce you to a website that can help you study word roots and elements and things of that sort. Our spelling bee tip for the day is that when spelling a word that has a double letter in a spelling bee, for example, necessary, say s-s not double s. Our spelling tip for the day is most words of Latin origin don't contain rh's, ph's and ch's unless they are/were derived from Greek origin or another origin. Spelling Champion tips of the day are:
a. Study, study study. Don't miss studying for just one day.
b. Study your words and practice them.
c. Study word roots and elements and prefixes, suffixes and combining forms very well.
